Welcome to the (sometimes) organized chaos of Marty Moushey’s life—a place where teaching, coaching, training, and entrepreneurship collide. If there’s one thing Marty knows, it’s that he just can’t sit still. This Ohio native grew up in the bustling suburbs of Cleveland, where his early days were spent running around baseball fields and basketball courts, sparking his lifelong obsession with all things active.

Marty began his professional journey as a middle school math teacher because nothing says “I’m ready for chaos” like a classroom full of pre-teens grappling with fractions. But as much as he enjoyed teaching, his true passion lay in helping people become the best versions of themselves—whether in the classroom, the gym, or even the wild world of online business. This drive to empower others led him to launch a fitness business in 2015, where he put his personal training and strength coaching certifications to good use. With a fervor that can only come from chasing fitness goals himself, he’s worked with clients of all ages, aiming to turn even the most reluctant “I’ll start on Monday” types into fitness fans.

And then came digital marketing. Realizing that his reach could go far beyond the walls of a gym, Marty dove headfirst into the realm of digital marketing, transforming his once modest fitness business into a digital powerhouse. After acquiring his marketing certifications, Marty’s love for helping others extended to guiding fellow entrepreneurs on how to promote their dreams too.

When he’s not busy chasing down new digital marketing trends, you’ll probably find Marty rolling around on a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu mat or being dragged around Cleveland by his two beloved dogs, Reggie & Winston. Marty will launching his personal blog, marty-moushey.com, in 2025, and currently has a podcast named “Not My Dad Bod” in which he co-hosts with two other health fanatics. This is where he continues to share his secrets on how to get fit, have fun, and celebrate victories, while, at the same time, attempting to squeeze the most out of life—no matter how crazy it gets.
